Contact us via our online form. Check availability, pricing, and to schedule a consultation.
2. Meet us

Consultation will take place via phone, FaceTime, Zoom, or Face to Face, to discuss your celebration, pricing, and answer any questions you may have!
3. Book with Poetic LVL Ent.

Let us know you're ready to lock in your date! To secure the date a 30% deposit and signed contract/Proposal is required.
4. Planning
​
During the planning phase we are here to help you for every step of the way. Use our customized client app to begin planning your celebration (choose your music and create a timeline of events) on the go ! We will meet 2-3 weeks before the event to finalize the details of your celebration. We will go over your music selection, event festivities, and timeline of events.
5. Celebration

Enjoy your unforgettable day with loved ones as you watch your vision unfold!
